Care UK, one of the UK’s largest independent providers of health and social care services, recently launched bulk onboarding of Blue Light Card for its employees. With 13,000 team members nationwide, Care UK sought a way to improve financial wellbeing, increase job satisfaction, and recognise its workforce’s dedication.
In a sector where employee retention and wellbeing are vital, Care UK needed a benefit that would be meaningful, easy to implement, and valuable to a large workforce. They wanted a seamless solution to offer their employees access to exclusive savings, without the administrative burden of individual onboarding.
Care UK selected Blue Light Card for its extensive discounts and streamlined the bulk onboarding process. By purchasing Blue Light Card in bulk, Care UK gave team members instant access to discounts, eliminating the need for staff to upload ID or pay individually. By doing this, you remove need for your employees to pay and upload a form of ID for their Blue Light Card application.

In this case we would advise asking your staff to buy their own Blue Light Card then you can reimburse them the cost. You can also request some promotional material to share with your colleagues here.
